12 Core Functions Backend Prototype

This version expands the full app across all documentation-support sections, keeps guided prompts visible, preserves typing, and adds a mic button to every field with a clear “Transcribe to OpenAI” step after audio preview.

Backend API Mode

Server Status

The browser does not store your OpenAI API key. The backend reads it from the server-side environment. After recording audio, a preview player appears along with a “Transcribe to OpenAI” button.
When enabled, generates reports using templates instead of AI. Works without server connection.

Client Header

This information is reused across sections and in the compiled document.

Enter the client’s name exactly as you want it to appear in the generated documentation.
Use the service date or documentation date you want carried into each section and the combined report.
Enter the clinician, counselor, or staff member responsible for the note.
Examples: self-referral, probation, court, spouse, family member, primary care, hospital, school, employer, or other provider.
Briefly describe the main reason for contact, referral, admission, or evaluation. Focus on the concern as stated or observed.

Interactive Sections

Choose a core function on the left. Each section can generate a narrative and then expand it if the first version is not sufficient. The guide text stays visible while typing, and each field now supports mic recording and explicit transcription.

Section Narrative Output

Choose a section and click “Generate Section Narrative.”

Comprehensive Document Output

Click “Generate Comprehensive Document” to create the combined report.
